Teddy Bear Postage Stamps. Fun Facts.

These four Commemorative postage stamps with American Made Vintage Teddy Bears were issued by the United States Postal Service in 2002 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Teddy Bear. They sold for 37 cents each. The bear on the top left is a 13 inch, 1907 Golden Mohair-Plush Bruin. (His name is Wistful.) The bear on the top right, is called a Stick-Bear, because his arms and legs are straight like sticks, and his body is shaped like a foot ball. The bear on the bottom left is made by Gund. And the bear on the bottom right is a 1905 Ideal bear.
